Thank you for choosing our online consultation platform for dermatology services. We aim to provide excellent care and service to all our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where you might need to cancel an appointment or request a refund.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to these policies.

Cancellation Policy
1.1 User-initiated Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment, we request that you provide notice at least 45 minutes before the appointed time. You can cancel your appointment through our platform or by contacting our customer support. If you fail to provide the required notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
1.2 Provider-initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases, a dermatologist or healthcare professional may need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule the consultation at a convenient time.

Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our customer support team or use the rescheduling feature within our platform. We request that you provide notice at least 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Depending on the availability of the healthcare professional, we will work to accommodate your preferred rescheduling time.

Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for completed consultations, as the healthcare professionals' time and expertise have been utilized. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

If your appointment is canceled by the healthcare professional, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you have paid for an appointment but provide the required notice for cancellation before the scheduled time (45 minutes prior to consultation time), you may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
3.2 Processing Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within [X days] after the cancellation or receipt of the refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the appointment.
3.3 No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." If you join more that 5 mins than the scheduled starting time of consultation it would be marked as 'No Show" . No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have exceptional circumstances that warrant special consideration, please contact our customer support team. We will review your case and make a determination based on our policies and your specific situation.
